End User License Agreement

The license terms for GY6 digital resources, videos, downloads, and any software features made available by GY6.

Scope

This End User License Agreement applies to GY6 digital resources, videos, downloads, pilot materials, platform features, and any software or app features GY6 makes available now or in the future.

If a specific GY6 resource includes separate license terms, those terms control for that resource.

License Grant

GY6 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use GY6 digital resources for personal, educational, wellness, departmental, donor, or partnership purposes connected to the GY6 mission.

License Restrictions

Do not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit GY6 resources without written permission.
Do not remove ownership notices, credits, or safety notices.
Do not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any GY6 software feature except as allowed by law.
Do not use GY6 resources to create misleading, harmful, unlawful, or infringing materials.
Do not use automated tools to copy, archive, or redistribute GY6 resources at scale without written permission.

Ownership and Feedback

GY6 and its licensors retain ownership of all GY6 content, software, designs, trademarks, videos, text, and related materials. Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by GY6 without restriction or compensation.

Updates and Access

GY6 may update, change, suspend, or discontinue digital resources or software features at any time. Some resources may require internet access, supported devices, or third-party services.

No Emergency or Clinical Use

GY6 digital resources are not emergency services, clinical treatment, diagnosis, medical advice, or mental health counseling. For an emergency, call 911. For suicide or crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate this EULA. After termination, you must stop using GY6 resources and delete any copies you are not otherwise authorized to keep.

Disclaimers and Limitations

GY6 digital resources are provided as available and without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. GY6 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific outcomes, or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GY6 and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of GY6 resources.
